Shire works watch: projects happening next week

SCOTT RIVER ROAD

Works are continuing from Brockman Highway into the Scott River townsite including tree pruning, verge clean-up, table drain reinstatement and smoothing corrugated sections to improve driving conditions. Traffic management is in place, please slow down and follow directions.

RYANS ROAD

New kerbs and asphalt resurfacing happening in the coming weeks. 

WIRRING ROAD

Maintenance works are happening on the sealed section of Wirring Road. Stop and go traffic control will be in place at times.

WARNER GLEN BRIDGE

Works happening on Warner Glen Bridge late next week. No disruptions to traffic planned. Please slow down and drive safely.

WALLCLIFFE LOOKOUT

We are upgrading the Wallcliffe Road lookout. It will be closed for approximately two weeks while works are carried out. 

WITCHCLIFFE TENNIS COURTS

Works to finish the court resurfacing have begun. The court works will take around 10 days, before line marking can be done to complete the job. The car park and playground remain open as usual.

WADANDI TRACK

Maintenance and drainage works are continuing on a section of the Wadandi Track, north of Gnarawary Road, to improve surface conditions ahead of winter.

JINDONG–TREETON ROAD

Final stage of concrete to be poured before we begin road reinstatement and works to close out the project. Road remains closed, with local access only.
