
Temporary disruption to Customer Services – Wednesday 30 July
Due to essential system maintenance next Wednesday, Customer Services will be unable to process any Shire transactions or requests on the day.This includes payments, bookings and other requests that require access to our internal system (Synergy).
- Department of Transport (DoT) services will not be affected
- You can still drop off applications or forms, but payments will not be processed until the next day.
This maintenance helps us keep everything running smoothly and securely. We appreciate your patience and recommend planning ahead if you need to make a payment or request.
