Sustainable Economy Strategy

The Shire is currently working on developing a Sustainable Economy Strategy, to:

  • identify the key principles to guide economic development into the future
  • set the economic context for the Community Strategic Plan 2036, and
  • identify and prioritise key signature projects that will assist in transitioning to a sustainable economy.

Local businesses are vital for the health of the local economy, providing valuable goods, services, and jobs, and the Shire wants to hear from business owners / managers to better understand the challenges and opportunities going forward.

Business Surveys

If you are a local business owner / manager please fill out the relevant survey form from the links below to help inform the Sustainable Economy Strategy and get your voice heard.  Submissions made prior to 10th July 2019 go in the draw for a local massage!
