About Arthur

Arthur’s executive career spans over 30 years and includes CEO experience for local governments in WA and NSW, overseeing award-winning projects and attracting significant Federal and State government funding for community and infrastructure projects.  

He has also worked in various State Government departments and run his own businesses. Arthur’s broad range of qualifications include Social Sciences, Social Work, Business Management and Finance. Additionally, he is also an accredited mediator and keen advocate for the arts. 

Arthur was appointed as the temporary CEO for the Shire in December 2023, following the resignation of former CEO Stephanie Addison-Brown. He will fill the role for 6 months while an extensive recruitment process is undertaken to appoint a permanent replacement.
