Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for video, photography and community connection?
We are seeking a Content Producer to help bring our stories to life across digital platforms. This role is ideal for a hands-on content creator who enjoys capturing moments, crafting engaging visual stories and working collaboratively to connect our community with the work of the Shire.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver content shoots in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Film and edit video content, with a strong focus on social media and website use
- Capture and edit photography for digital and print channels
- Develop creative and innovative content to engage the community
- Assist with content strategies and strategic communications projects
- Schedule and manage social media content and community engagement
- Maintain digital asset management and recordkeeping systems
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience producing engaging photo and video content
- Strong video filming and editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve
- Photography experience, including editing in Adobe Photoshop
- Experience managing content projects from concept through to delivery
- A strong understanding of social media trends and best-practice content
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A friendly, positive and collaborative approach

- Part-time employment (7 days/ fortnight (0.68 FTE)
- IA Level 4/5 ($74,923 to $88,085 per annum pro-rata)
