About the opportunity 

Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for video, photography and community connection?

We are seeking a Content Producer to help bring our stories to life across digital platforms. This role is ideal for a hands-on content creator who enjoys capturing moments, crafting engaging visual stories and working collaboratively to connect our community with the work of the Shire.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver content shoots in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Film and edit video content, with a strong focus on social media and website use
  • Capture and edit photography for digital and print channels
  • Develop creative and innovative content to engage the community
  • Assist with content strategies and strategic communications projects
  • Schedule and manage social media content and community engagement
  • Maintain digital asset management and recordkeeping systems

What You’ll Bring  

  • Proven experience producing engaging photo and video content
  • Strong video filming and editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve
  • Photography experience, including editing in Adobe Photoshop
  • Experience managing content projects from concept through to delivery
  • A strong understanding of social media trends and best-practice content
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • A friendly, positive and collaborative approach

Details 

  • Part-time employment (7 days/ fortnight (0.68 FTE)
  • IA Level 4/5 ($74,923 to $88,085 per annum pro-rata)
