About the opportunity
We are on the search for an experienced Ranger who is passionate about the control of animals, bushfires, and litter, to join our friendly team. You will also be responsible for attending to illegal camping issues, undertaking shark incident response, and providing cemeteries administration support whilst working across miscellaneous legislation and Local Laws in accordance with Council Policy to ensure the protection of amenity for residents of the Shire.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have certificates in Regulatory Officer Compliance Skills (ROCS) 1 & Regulatory Officer Compliance Skills (ROCS) 2 (formerly Municipal Law A&B) or relevant experience in interpreting and enforcing legislation in a similar field. - Level 5 ($81,376 - $88,085 per annum)
