November on Wadandi Boodja

Shire supported events happening this month

November on Wadandi Boodja falls in Kambarang – the Wadandi season of birth – and brings longer, warmer days and an explosion of colour, wildflowers and life all around us. It's the perfect time to connect, celebrate and enjoy everything our Shire has to offer.

The Shire of Augusta Margaret River is delighted to support a range of events to help you do just that – from major festivals to smaller community initiatives that bring our public spaces to life while supporting local businesses and community groups.

There’s something for everyone this Kambarang.

This month we’re also welcoming emerging artist Sally Poole to the Margaret River Library Cocoon Gallery, hosting a Composting with Worms workshop to help residents make the most of our new home compost and worm farm rebate, and bringing back Rec Connect to give teens a safe and fun place to hang out on Friday nights.

Plus, in partnership with Arts Margaret River there’s an exciting line-up of performances and productions at the Margaret River HEART – Nala Bardip Mia - Our Story House.

Stay tuned for December. We have an exciting Street Party announcement to share coming soon!
