Community Perception Survey

The Shire conducts a community survey every three years with the purpose of understanding the community's level of satisfaction with our services and performance. The survey provides the Shire with quantitative and qualitative data to review and improve Shire operations.

This survey is completed by an independent third party who uses a randomised extract of the Shire's rates database. The survey was last completed in 2019 and is next scheduled to occur in the 2022-23 financial year.
