We provide a number of options for paying rates, invoices and infringements:
Pay by BPay through your own financial institution.
Reference numbers and the Shire's Biller code are located on the bottom of the notice.
This is a 24 hour service, accepting only Mastercard or Visa.

Payments can be made by cash, cheque or eftpos at:
41 Wallcliffe Road, Margaret River Cashier Hours - Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm, excluding Public Holidays; or
6 Allnut Terrace, Augusta - Tuesday to Thursday, 9am to 12pm and 1pm to 4pm, excluding Public Holidays.
Cheques or money orders payable to Shire Augusta Margaret River, PO Box 61, Margaret River WA 6285.
Please include reference to your property address, assessment number, debtor number or infringement number to ensure the payment is allocated correctly.
Payment of the total amount. There are no additional costs for this option.
Full payment is due 35 days after the date of issue of the original notice, the due date is shown on the front of the Rates Notice.
By choosing this option and making payment on or before the due date of the notice, the ratepayer is automatically entered into a prize draw.
Administration fees and interest applies; administration interest is charged at the rate of 3% as adopted by Council. Eligible pensioners and seniors are exempt from instalment administration fees and interest. The first instalment amount due shall include all outstanding arrears and where any arrears remain unpaid the instalment option may not be taken.
By choosing this option and making payment on or before the due date of the notice, the ratepayer is automatically entered into a prize draw.
If a more regular payment would better suite your financial needs, please contact the Revenue team a soon as you can. We are ready to discuss an appropriate special arrangement payment plan better suited to your circumstances and in line with your income cycle.
