Shire-supported events this month
It’s November. Country is coming alive, Christmas is just around the corner, and our events calendar is choc-a-block!
The Shire of Augusta Margaret River is delighted to support a fantastic range of events to help you connect, celebrate, and enjoy everything our region has to offer. From community favourites like the Margaret River Agricultural Show and Gracetown Kite Festival to major events like the food and wine festival Pair’d and everything in between!
This month, we’re celebrating WA Seniors Week with three free events and bringing young people together for SAMM Fest - our annual youth-led festival packed with skateboarding, live bands, dance performances, art workshops and mental health resources.
You can also catch local music group The Nomadics at the second Rosa Brook Revival, pick up practical revegetation tips from Lower Blackwood LCDC, learn about RED Grant funding opportunities with Margaret River Business Network, or kick off the festive season at the much-loved Cowaramup Christmas Fair.
The Shire proudly supports these diverse events through our grants programs and community partnerships, to connect, strengthen and celebrate our community.
